At Malka Ceylon, every garment is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted in Sri Lanka. We are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently, whether you are shopping locally or from anywhere in the world.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

During new collection launches, promotional periods, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. (Shopify)


Shipping Within Sri Lanka

  • Estimated Delivery: 1–3 business days

  • Orders are delivered through our trusted local courier partners.

  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout unless free shipping promotions apply.


International Shipping

Malka Ceylon proudly ships worldwide.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on:

  • Destination country

  • Package weight

  • Courier service selected

Customers will see the final shipping cost before completing payment.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment until delivery.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Malka Ceylon cannot be held responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
