Return & Refund Policy

At Malka Ceylon, every garment is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and attention to detail. We take pride in delivering exceptional quality and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Customized or made-to-order garments.

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, together with clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size (subject to availability).

  • Manufacturing defects.

  • Incorrect items received.

Customers wishing to exchange for a different design or colour may do so if the requested item is available.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • For international returns, any customs duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.
