Every Malka Ceylon garment is thoughtfully designed and many pieces are handcrafted by skilled Sri Lankan artisans.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products:

  • Slight variations in colour, print placement, texture, or finish are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.

  • Product images are displayed as accurately as possible; however, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed are subject to change without prior notice.

Prices may be displayed in different currencies depending on your location. Applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, and shipping fees will be calculated during checkout where applicable.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by their country.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order.

  • Limit quantities purchased per customer.

  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

5. Payment

We accept secure online payments through our approved payment providers.

Orders will only be processed after full payment has been successfully received.

6. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Malka Ceylon is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or customs authorities.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached.

Custom-made, personalised, and sale items are non-returnable unless defective.

All website content, including but not limited to:

  • Artwork

  • Product names

  • Graphics

  • Text

  • Videos

are the exclusive property of Malka Ceylon and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

  • You are authorised to use the selected payment method.

  • You will not misuse or attempt to interfere with the operation or security of our website.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Malka Ceylon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
